A 37-year old man was killed last night in a car accident on the southbound feeder of Highway 59 when his vehicle struck a guardrail at high speed. The section of the feeder right before Beltway 8 was closed until around 5:15 this morning as police investigated. Houston police say the man drove off the exit ramp, through the barricades and ended up on the feeder road. Police say there were no signs of impairment and the driver was wearing his seat belt.
