There was an 18-wheeler wreck late this afternoon outside my office in eastbound lanes of the 1400 block of the North 610 Loop W. I couldn't tell what happened or who hit who. The black Toyota Tacoma pickup truck appeared to be damaged in the front and rear and the 18-wheeler was damaged to the driver's side front. The big rig came to rest touching the concrete median. The Kenworth 18-wheeler appears to belong to South Texas Trucking based in Houston. Houston Fire Department responded, as did the customary hundred or so tow trucks.
